I address this communication to you draw your kind attention to the meeting scheduled for yourself with honourable Mahinda Rajapakse M.P.Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri-Lanka as a prelude to the meeting with your counterparts in the Republic of Korea.
In the above respect it is most regrettable that due to The Hon. Prime Minister's sudden departure to India on a personal visit, the scheduled meeting could not be concluded.
Whilst I write to extend my sincere apologies to you on behalf of the Hon. Prime Minister's office for this last minute cancellation and any inconvenience caused to you. please be rest assured that on arrival of the Hon. Prime Minister's to Sri-Lanka, this office will reschedule a fresh date and time for an audience for you with the Hon. Prime Minister and convey same to you in due time frame.

위 내용과 관련하여 총리님이 직접 인도로 출국 하셔야 하는 일정이 생겨 예정된 회담이 진행이 불가함을 전달 드리게 된 부분에 있어서 매우 유감스럽게 생각하고 있습니다.
갑작스러운 취소와 이와 관련하여 불편함을 드린 점에 있어서 총리님을 대신하여 진심으로 사과드립니다. 총리님께서 귀국 시 총리실에서는 총리님과 새로운 일정을 다시 조율하여 귀사에게 전달 드릴 예정이니 안심하시기 바랍니다.
